The Chancellor President, Executive and Managerial versions are height-adjustable, swivel and the backrest and seat come with a sophisticated “Syncron” oscillation mechanism that allows the user to assume a continuous series of 5 positions ranging from a straight seat back to genuine chaise-longue. The Chancellor Visitor chair is equipped with a sophisticated swivel mechanism whose thrust bearing allows the chair to rotate and return to its original position. The base of the Chancellor chairs is in tubular steel, chrome-plated or with dark grey lacquer. The President, Executive and Managerial versions have a five-spoke base with soft automatic-braking castors or slides, while the Visitor chair has a four-spoke base with slides. The armrests are upholstered in leather and finished with terminal joints in polished aluminium or painted dark grey to match the base. The Pelle Frau® upholstery can also be extended to include the "Syncron" mechanism cover where applicable. The Chancellor Conference chair with sled base completes the family.
