1. When will I receive my order?

We deliver your ordered items within 5 to 7 working days if:
  • Your ordered items are available in our Dammam warehouse. Item(s) may be showing in stock on our website but physically not available.
  • Items are in a perfect condition (no damages etc.)
  • Are packed properly.
  • In case the items are out of stock or cannot be delivered due to damage etc. , our customer service team will contact you to either help you cancel the order and process a full refund or assist you to change your order.

2. How do we calculate shipping times?

Our Customer Service Team calculates shipping times by taking following into consideration:
  • Travel time to the shipping location
  • Item(s) availability in the warehouse
  • Time required to prepare your order in case of Case Goods, Bed Sets, Dining Tables etc.
  • Installation required; where installers will need to go with the deliveries to install the items.
  • Out of city limits (50 KM)
  • Item requires special assembly

3. Order Shipping Cycle?

  • Once your order is ready, our customer service team will contact you via the telephone/contact numbers/email that you provided in your order. You will be notified when your order will be shipped.
  • Deliveries are made between Saturdays to Thursday. Our shipping team’s operating hours are from 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Before our delivery team leaves the warehouse, they will call you on the numbers provided in your order to ensure that you are available at the delivery location specified in your order.
  • In case you are unable to receive the order personally, you will need to nominate an authorized person prior to the delivery and inform our customer services team on care@farsh.com.sa.
  • In case you are unavailable at the address provided in your order or there is no one there to receive the order, items will be taken back to our warehouse and our customer service team will notify you of the new shipping date, which may take up to 4 to 6 weeks.

4. Shipping/delivery exclusions and delays:

  • In case the site is not ready to place the items, a new shipping date will be organized and notified to customers.
  • Any location beyond 50 KM of city limit.
  • We do not deliver to PO Box
  • We do not do “Gift wrapping”
  • Pre-delivery preparing of space in your home.
  • Helping you move items from the room, where your ordered items are going to be placed.
  • Unsuccessful Shipping due to your absence or place not ready.
  • Change of Shipping address.
  • No lifts in the building. We only deliver up to 2nd floor using staircases. Beyond 2nd floor, we charge SR 150 for the big items.

5. How do customers prepare the site to receive/place the ordered items?

  • If you have ordered big items like Sofa/Sofa-Sets, Dining Tables, Bedroom Sets, emptying the space is customer’s responsibility. Please ensure you have prepared the site to place/install the items. If the site is not ready, it will delay your delivery and might require rescheduling.
  • In case the room is not ready, Farsh shipping team will place the unassembled item at an alternate place. To install the item at a later date, an installation fee will be charged besides rescheduling the delivery/installation. Our customer service team will estimate the installation fee for you.

6. Your responsibility towards a satisfactory shipping/ delivery/ installation:

  • Sign the Shipping Order Note in the presence of the shipping Company representative to indicate your shipping has been received.
  • Examine your order upon shipping to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage
  • In case you notice an incomplete delivery, damaged or incorrect delivery, please do not accept the delivery and indicate the problem on the Shipping Note and contact us within 48 hours of your Shipping.
  • A signed Shipping receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

7. Additional fees may apply

  • Future deliveries are entitled to an additional charge in lieu of storage on your behalf. Charges will be estimated by our customer service team, and they will notify you.
  • There may be other circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met or you require special services.

8. Shipping Address

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your online order is placed. Please contact our customer service team to change the shipping address. An email from you with order reference will be required. This may affect the shipping times and your delivery date may be changed. Our customer service team will calculate the revised shipping date.

9. Same-Day or Next-Day Deliveries

  • Same-day and next-day deliveries are available at an extra charge.
  • Please mention in the order form that you need expedited shipping to quote estimated shipping charges.
  • Expedited Shipping is only available in certain areas and cities.
